I have no deep thoughts or eloquent writings to share this morning. My thoughts are about as bland as crackers and water with no lemon.
So here goes: my thoughts on this Friday morning, August 13....!
- Pet peeve: When you have just put your mascara on, and then you sneeze and the mascara smudges all under your eyes. This happened to me this morning, and I sneezed 3 TIMES.
- a favorite thing: naps...especially when it's raining. Oh what bliss!!!
- random fact: Today is the first time I have ever worn a dress to work. It is my coolest, most summery of summer dresses...as I woke up this morning struggling to breathe, it was so stuffy and hot. However, I am now sitting at my desk with my husbands Old Navy fleece covering most of the dress, as I sit directly under a HUGE air conditioning vent. But no worries, fashion is not necessary here; I only see about 3 people all day.
- Bible verse in my head: Proverbs 3:5-6...Trust in the Lord with ALL your heart, and lean not on your own understanding. In ALL your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will direct your paths.
-random question: Am I the only adult who gets ridiculously excited about pizza lunchables??? They are sooo good!! After getting them on average twice a year as a child, I am making up for it in adulthood. It is sad, but wonderful all at the same time.
- 2nd random fact: My husband brought me home Chipotle on Tuesday of this week. It's Friday, and I'm still eating it. This too, as never happened. Usually my Chipotle is gone within 1-2 eating sessions. This time, the (very nice) worker gave 3 times the normal meat, rice, etc..for the same price. (he musta liked Chris?) anyways, I have eaten it for lunch Tues, Wed, Thurs and Friday. I'm getting rather sick of it, which is hard to do with Chipotle. (no worries, tho ..I still <3 it :)
That's about all I've got for today. I know, right? It's pretty pathetic. But some weeks/days are just like that! Happy Friday :)
